Amy Poehler is staying on SNL through November or at least until her baby is born before making the jump to The Office spin-off. The details of Amy leaving for the spin-off have not been announced yet because they have not finalized her contract nor has NBC announced details of the new show (as they're being very hush about it). BUT, it does look like she'll be leaving SNL after this year. She will be missed.
