An Arrested Development Movie?

Arrested%20Development.jpg

Jeffrey Tambor went on XM's Ron and Fez show and said that Ron Howard had hinted that there will be an Arrested Development movie, and then this past Friday, Jason Bateman confirmed the rumor. Jason Bateman told E! online, "I can confirm a round of sniffing has started......I think, as always, that it's a question of whether the people with the money are willing to give our leader, Mitch Hurwitz, what he deserves for his participation. And I can speak for the cast when I say our fingers are crossed."

Do you understand what this means? I personally want the series to come back, but a movie I'll take too. Arrested Development was one of those show that they took off the air, and I was UPSET. How do shows like According to Jim stay on the air (granted According to Jim is not on Fox), while brilliant shows like Arrested Development get the ax? It's time AR had it's turn. Thank you in advance Richie Cunningham!

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED that show!!! And was DEVASTATED when it was canceled! I had even started recruiting friends & family members to watch the show so it wouldn't get canceled but alas, my hardwork didn't pay off!

I had heard talk of a possible movie in the past but it was only talk...I really hope this pans out!! There is too much crap on TV & in the theaters...give me some quality entertainment please!! Thanks for the update, Nads!
