Former O.C. star, Mischa Barton was just released (and picked up by her parents) from being held under custody for suspicion of driving under the influence. She was pulled over early this morning at 2:45AM in West Hollywood, and not only did the cops find her driving under the influence, she had an invalid drivers license, and illegal narcotics (prescription drugs that weren't prescribed to her). Cops said, "was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn." You would think these girls would learn by example. It's almost a fashion statement to say you've been the "slammer" or been "knocked up". Again, I'm speechless. If you make enough money to go out all the time, get a cab, hire a driver, hitchhike.
