Biggest Loser contestant, Shanon Thomas was charged with domestic violence this week because she threw a bag of flour at her tenant's face!!! Haha! She really is the biggest loser!

Michael Nolden, who rents the basement in Shanon's house told police, "Shanon Thomas kicked open the door to his apartment on Dec. 16 and was yelling about the TV's volume"..then she literally threw a bag of flour in his face. I don't even need to write commentary about this story because it writes itself.

I wonder if throwing flour is one of the visualization tactics that they teach on Biggest Loser.
Biggest Loser Meditation: Visualize throwing away those unwanted carbs...think of it as poison...picture someone you hate and throw your poison at them...
