Dr. Phil is being sued by a former patient...TMZ uncovered that the faux Doctor forced her to be in a room with a naked man while being held captive, and also touched her left boob in a therapy session. I think Dr. Phil is a creep, and judging a book by its cover, it doesn't surprise me.

This woman could also be looney, but I'm sure there is some truth in her statements...time will tell. This could finally put Dr. Phil off the air for good. Let's hope--I hate his capped death and his creepy smile.
