Allan Brown, the middleman that helped Gene Simmons and his two business partners broker an Indy Racing League deal, is suing Gene. Allan is claiming that Gene and his partners cut him out of the contract while he was on vacation, leaving Allan S.O.L. Allan is also suing Gene for fraud and slander because Gene and his partners called him, "lazy" and "rich".

Being cut of a deal I understand, but being called "lazy" and "rich" I'll take any day. Some people can't take a compliment.
