Harvey Weinstein Arm-Wrestled Ben Silverman For Runway

Harvey Weinstein went on the Ryan Seacrest show this morning to talk about the re-launch of Project Runway, and the spinoff, The Models of the Runway. He joked that he arm-wrestled NBC's Ben Silverman naked to settle the dispute.
