Hayden Panettiere's Dad Gets A Misdemeanor

Hayden Panettiere's Dad, the wifebeater, got charged with misdemeanor battery for his wife beating incident. He could get a year in jail if he's convicted, but something tells me he won't get any jail time. Wifebeating is a crime, but not when you hit someone because you love them.

I gave my smoke money to flipit...he loves his ciggys. ;-)

i put money on my credit cards which i'm sure had a few packs charged on them.
