Heather Locklear got a DUI this weekend. She was spotted leaving a parking lot "driving erratically" when a resident reported her to the police. The California Highway Patrol later saw Heather parked on a state highway blocking a lane in Montecito (a town near Santa Barbara). The CHP spokesman, Tom Marshall, said, "In talking with her, (the officer) determines that she seems to be under the influence of something."

She was then taken to the station (for tests) and later booked on suspicion of being under the influence of prescription drugs.

You know what that means?? Rehab time.
