So that lady that made the 911 call reporting Heather Locklear was an ex-paparazzo that got fired from US Weekly. After she got fired from US Weekly she then hacked into their computer (so she's not one to trust). Anyway...Jill Ishkanian, the tipster, called 911, then called her paparazzi buddies to take pictures of Heather and then later sold them to TMZ for $27,000. That is horrible!!!!!
Another witness, Alex Paillon, has come forward and said, "I was really surprised to hear she got a DUI because, I mean, I just saw her coming out of the store...She looked fine."
Okay, so is the revving of the engine, and driving over sunglasses story all made up???
Who's telling the truth? I feel really bad for Heather.

Even on her worst day HL looks better than any of those skanks from The Hills.

One question: Was HL, or was she not driving drunk. If she was, then the particulars of how she got picked up don't really matter. Sure the pap is a sleazy jerkwad, but that doesn't purge the alcohol from Heather's blood.
