Former American Idol finalist, Jessica Sierra, is really screwed. She went in front of the judge on Saturday and he said, Sooooorrrrry Muffy! He denied her bail, and she could face up to 11 years in jail if she's convicted!
She got arrested approx. two weeks ago for hitting a man with a glass at a bar. She's been charged with two felonies: possession of cocaine and battery.
The judge said to her:
"Obviously the bar scene isn't working out so well for you...I would suggest that you find another form of entertainment."
I guess the "treatment" she got on Vh1's Celebrity Rehab that's airing early next year is out the door. What will Dr. Drew think? Tisk Tisk Jessica. I guess that proves that television rehab is much like The Hills, Fake.

Wow, this girl must have had some hard livin' the past couple years. I don't remember her being a knockout, but she was at least ok looking. This one's got to go in the bad mug shot hall of fame next to Nick Nolte.
