If They Strike, Then the UK Office And Larry David It Is

strikestrike.jpglarry_david.jpg

The Writer's Guild strike is coming near, and they want more money. Eight cents per DVD sales vs. four, and blah blah blah. I get it, but what does that mean for us? More reality? NBC is considering re-running the UK Office, and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Sounds good, but 7 nights a week?

That's enough tea and latkes to put me into a guilty coma. So, I guess we'll just sit here, twiddle our thumbs singing havah nagila and see if they ever come to an agreement.

I know one fact about the guild: if a person works during the strike and they're not in the Guild, then that will take away the option of them ever joining the Guild.

Once a starving artist, always a starving artist. Ho hum.

I love the UK Office, but I don't think it will play well on regular TV. There isn't a lot of bad language, but who knows how much content will get chopped.

I bought the DVD's and love to watch them in their entirety without commercials. It's the only way to get the full David Brent experience.

Plus there is the full video of Freelove Freeway. Too good to miss.
