Ratings, ratings, ratings...a new spawn of Spelling was born. Tori Spelling delivered her baby on Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood this past Tuesday and 1.4 million viewers watched...that made it the highest rated telecast in the history of Oxygen. Daddy would have been so proud. It's too bad the delivery is over five months old now...medicine has changed so much since then. I wonder if they used pliers?
