I get to do a lot of interviews between Tvgasm and my radio show, but none of the interviews that I've ever done have been as hard as this one. I can't tell you the hoops I had to jump through for this interview. Between calls not being returned, the ridiculous demands of the talent, being covered in slobber, starring at under bites, and hand feeding them kibble and carrots, I can honestly say it was worth it. I had the pleasure of interviewing Meaty and Mini from MTV's Rob & Big that premiers tonight, January 8th at 10:30 ET/PT on MTV.
Nads: Meaty, as I understand you guys are coming back for your third season?
Meaty: Yeah, can you believe they brought us back? They're giving us 15 episodes this run. You know how long that is in dog years? It's like 3 years. I'm getting old Nads. I'm turning 14 this season, and Rob and Big are going to throw me a "Super Sweet 14" birthday party.
Nads: You act like it's a bad thing
Meaty: I'm sensitive about my age. I mean they just got me, and now they're outing my age.
Nads: What have you been doing on your off time?
Meaty: Mainly skating and partying. When I'm not going nuts, I'll go to the dog spa, and lend my face to a line of dog treats I endorse.
Nads: Partying?
Meaty: Yeah, I had a couple of raging nights in the hills. I got so wasted one night that I woke up next to a cat. Don't get me wrong, I'm an equal opportunity lover, but I just don't hook up with cats. They're not my type. I think she put something in my kibble.
Nads: Cats?
Meaty: Yeah, they're just drama.
Nads: Do you and Mini get along?
Meaty: At first it was a little awkward, but now we're best friends. I love him so much that I eat his poop if Drama doesn't pick up after him.
Mini: TMI Meaty. Leave that for the DVD extras.
Nads: Thanks for joining us Mini. So did I hear that the DVD extras has Meaty eating your poop?
Mini: I'm not sure, but we do have our own section in the special feature portion of the DVD. Besides our show airing today, our Complete Season 1&2 Uncensored DVD is being released today too!
Nads: I hope you're getting a cut for promoting that...
Mini: Nads, you're lucky you got this interview. You're just a blogger, and let's face it, I'm a television star.
Nads: So are you crossing picket lines?
Mini: We're not a WGA show, but I hear the equestrian center picket line is getting rowdy fighting over Mr. Ed and Charlotte's Web residuals.
Nads: Intense.
Mini: Yeah, but, back to me. Are you going to ask about what I'm going to be doing this season?
Nads: Sorry Mini. Of course, what can I expect from you this season?
Mini: Well, I'll be doing the usual of traveling in my fantasy-scape trailer, hanging out in my own pasture, but this season is a little special for me. Rob and Big will be entering me in a mini-horse show.
Nads: How do you do in it?
Mini: You'll have to watch to see, but seriously look at me. I've come a long way since my Norco days.
Nads: I feel like I'm in a bad episode of Season One of The O.C. Are the other horses jealous of your new lifestyle?
Mini: I don't know, I don't really keep in touch with them anymore. It's just Rob, Big, my trainer Flames, Drama, and Meaty now. It's fine. I'm here for the people. I felt like I was put on this earth to entertain. I got my big break, and knew that if I left I could never look back. I feel bad, but what was I supposed to do?
Meaty: Mini, you're getting to deep with Nads, she's not your therapist. Don't listen to Mini, he tends to ramble. Just watch Rob & Big tonight at 10:30 ET/PT on MTV. You won't be sorry. I'll be skating, and strutting my under bite and wrinkles. Hey Nads, do you know any older, hot Bichon Frises?
Nads: You want a cougar Meaty?
Meaty: If you know of any. I like a woman who knows what she wants and doesn't shed.

Wow.... I'm impressed!! What a great interview. You scored bigtime..... tooo funny.... I loved it and have set the DVR to record the season premiere.
