Jamie Lynn is going in for her C-section today (as the baby may be breech)! Britney and her Daddy left yesterday to be with Jamie for her delivery. Word on the street is Jamie Lynn and Casey want to name their baby girl "Cailynn or Cassie."

There's no doubting that the Spears are consistent with names.

Update: She had her baby, and they didn't name her "Cailynn" or "Cassie"...Her name is: Maddie Briann. Congrats Jamie Lynn.
