Although my favorite late night man, Conan, is set to replace Jay Leno, Jay has made it clear that he is not ready to leave yet. Sony is supposed to make Leno an offer to syndicate him, and make him the highest-paid host in late-night television. Jay can't sign anything until late next year, and CAN'T be on the air until 2010. However, if Leno and NBC do change their mind and Leno stays where he's at, guess how much they would have to shell out to Conan??? $45 Million dollars in penalties!!! Conan, I say scratch your takeover, make Leno stay on, take your $45 million, and come write for the gasm. Problem solved.
