Jonny Fairplay won't give up! He's such a loser. He's now sued Danny Bonaduce, FOX Reality Channel and other people for "an unjustified and surprise assault." Johnny, you're a loser. This guy makes me more ill than Perez. He's taken it to another level.
He's claiming that Fox Reality didn't call an ambulance, and didn't do anything but neglect him after he got "assaulted."
Yeah Jonny, Danny meant to hurt you. He knew you were going to hump him on stage so he could throw you over his shoulders. I object Jonny. You've got a lot of nerve: after lying about your Grandma dying on Survivor, and being such a douche, I hope they counter sue you for being a jackass.
Plaintiff: Fox Reality
Defendant: Jonny Fairplay
Reason for suing: Jonny is a nappy-headed ho.

I am really amazed at how many people have used their distaste for Bonaduce to determine his guilt in this matter.
1) This is the Reality TV awards. It's no secret that a) Danny is nuts and b) Danny is dangerous. So in situations like this where something goes wrong, do you fault the Tiger or the reaching through the bars trying to grab his tail?
2) Many assume he should've simple laid him down like a baby but I challenge EVERYONE to imagine carrying a grown man in that position. Arms under a guys thighs with him dry humping you. It may seem odd, but if you're trying it right now then an upward movement (bicep curl) really is the easiest way out of this.
3) A grown man jumps in your arms and puts his crotch that close to you. I just don't see how it is suddenly your responsibility to remove that crotch in a safe and appropriate manner.
4) Danny caught him but if you look he did stumble a bit. What if Danny went down and hit his head? What if Danny side-stepped and Fairplay missed and faceplanted? The bottom line is that we learned this lesson as kids. Horseplay leads to someone getting hurt.
Bonaduce is getting convicted (in the public eye) based on his reputation rather than based on the situation.

Look at it strictly from a legal point of view, and Jonny doesn't have a leg to stand on. He unexpectedly attacted Bonaduce, perpetrating battery. (assault, in most states, is defined as verbal.) Danny was defending himself, and I don't think suing over an act of self-defense is gonna fly.
Suing Fox is just as ridiculous, as it wasn't their idea for Jonny to pull such an assinine stunt.
Jonny is merely trying to extend his taste of fame. He is desperate, pathetic, and contemptable...and I hope Danny gets to kick the little man's ass again, this time in court. Then I hope Jonny dematerializes so we don't have to suffer through any more of him.

Am I supposed to know who Johnny Fairplay is? I mean, I'd never heard of him until this stunt.
I don't think Bonaduce is guilty of anything except self-defense. We don't know what he was saying when he was being humped. Probably "Get the hell off me!"
