I don't watch Survivor, so all I know about this guy is that he was on it. But isn't that Michelle from America's Next Top Model (can't remember the cycle)? The one who had a skin infection that all the Einsteins in the house thought was flesh-eating disease? The one who was a wrestler, and a freakout nutjob until she came out to her housemates as a lesbian? Maybe I have all my would-be models wrong (and who could blame me) but it sure looks like her.
