Kal Penn's first day as the White House's associate director in the Office of Public Engagement was today! He's going by his real name of Kalpen Modi and wants to be treated like all the other staff members. Does anyone know how much that position makes? I'm sure he's taking a massive pay cut to be a public servant...but that just makes him so much more respectable, doesn't it?
