24's, Kiefer Sutherland got busted this morning for suspicion of DUI in West Hollywood, while driving home from the Fox Fall Eco-Casino party at the Area Night club in Los Angeles. He was arrested at 1:35 and held at the Hollywood Police Station where he blew over twice the legal limit of .08.

He should not have been drinking and driving period, but even more so because that's his second DUI in less 4 years, which means he violated his probation! He was making an illegal U-turn, and BAM! Sirens and a Big FAT, "Have you had anything to drink tonight son?"
He was released this morning on $25,000 bail and will have to serve a minimum of 5 days in jail, A MINIMUM. The worst part about this whole thing, is the judge that sentenced him for his 2004 DUI was the same judge that gave Paris 45 days in jail, and she didn't even have a DUI violating her probation. He's screwed!
