Hey Gasmii, any thoughts on last night's American Idol?
Here are my thoughts on the stand-out good and bads...
The Bad:
-My boyfriend Anoop took a big poop
-Kris Allen looks weird when he sings. I don't love him at all...he looks like he should be wearing a fanny pack.
The Good:
-Adam Lambert knocked it out of the park (and by far my favorite of the night)
-Danny Gokey is awesome, but needs a better wardrobe.
-Matt Giraud did great last night...but it bugs me that he's a poor man's Justin Timberlake
-Allison Iraheta...she's damn good and only 16!

I haven't got to watch it yet, but I FINALLY got a DVR yesterday so I taped it and will watch later! :-)

Not a fan of Adam. After seeing him in those panties made out of leaves (?) he's been a turn off.
They're all kind of yawnsville to me but I kind of like the boy with the wife.

I haven't seen the Adam panty pics yet. He's not my favorite contestant personality wise, but he really knocked it out of the park.
And, I forgot to write this: A while back I said I couldn't stand judge Kara D, then I said she was growing on me...well, I take that back...she totally bugs me again (and that's my final answer). She's always on a damn soap box.
Btw...Paula was in full crazy last night. It was amazing.

"Rockin Robin", really? That sucked BIG TIME.
I sort of hope Anoop doesn't get voted off. Even tho he wasn't good last night I'd like him to get another chance because I think he's a nice guy (I know, I know).
My favorite of the night was the 16 yr old with the tangerine hair - she has an awesome voice!
Come on Flipit we're waiting!

oh yeah, rockin' robin was HORRIBLE!
Allison Iraheta is the 16 year old. she's like an old rocker, she's great!
and i agree on anoop. i don't want him off the show, i love him! he just needs to pick better songs

Hard for me to get enthusiastic about any of the others...I still think Megan's the best in the bunch and certainly the only one who shows even a hint of some kind of originality.
The rest of this gang are just carbon copies of pretty much all the other R&Bish pop singers out there.
I think Megan's bringing something a bit more quirky to the table (which is why I think Rockin' Robin was a good choice) and for the moment I choose to believe that that smile of hers is hiding an inside joke (Rockin' Robin?!).
Besides, if it's true she's never performed on stage before, then she's going to need a bit more time to find her marks--it'd be nice to see how she develops over the next few weeks. Plus she's perty.
Fortunately, more than a few of the others sucked pretty hard this round, so hopefully she'll stay.
I think Gokey's no match for the hype around him. And he's just too ugly to watch when he sings. Same goes for that Matt guy (although he's a better singer than Gokey).
I want pretty dammit! You're on MY television!
