I totally missed the Gary Busey attack last night, and didn't see the video until this morning. An over zealous Gary Busey was trying to pay Ryan Seacrest a "compliment" and interrupted his red carpet interview and in the midst of it, he managed to give Jennifer Garner a vampire kiss. Check it out:
