Tisk Tisk Leno. Jay is forbidden from a monologue and got a slap on the wrist by the WGA. Leno had a discussion with the WGA to "clairfy" his writing for his show. And I almost forgot to mention that he still kicked Letterman's butt in ratings sans writers and sans beard. So crazy.
