Lindsay's being sued by Tracie Rice, the woman she chased in Santa Monica. I guess its time for a sober Lindsay to pair reparations to the chasee. No mercy. I feel like celebs. that like to party should just have celebrity malpractice insurance to cover them, just in case.
Tracie is suing for:
$400- medical doctor
$145- chiropractor
$150- medicine
$3,500- therapist bills to date ($175 a visit)
$1,500- lost income (minimum)
$2,00- miscellaneous expenses
Also, because she's lost her job due to this incident, she wants to be compensated. She's claiming she used to make $60,000-$75,000.
Poor Lindsay, can't ever get a break, no wonder she drinks away her sorrows.
