While Lindsay did spark up 300,000 more viewers for Ugly Betty, she didn't deliver Britney numbers. The Ugly Betty finale attracted 8.8 million viewers, but it was still down 16.2 percent from last year's finale. Looks like Lindsay's going to have to work at being a bigger train wreck than Britney to deliver more viewers.
In Lindsay's defense...people are used to seeing her on camera rather than Britney's youtube paparazzi cameos...plus Britney was on 5150 hold twice before her TV appearance. It just goes to show that the bigger train wreck at the time won the ratings race.

Britney was actually on her way to seriously getting better when she made her cameo. Lindsey dont appear like she's even trying anymore, and her parents(mom) looks like they just gave up on her and moved on to the next child.

I agree with you. Brit has made a great turnaround and I'm so happy to see she's doing better. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with her family, but either way...you don't see Dina Lohan doing that for Lindsay. It's too bad.
