Thirty-six pictures of Marilyn Monroe sold for $146,000 yesterday at a Christie's auction in New York. The photos sold were from a 1962 photo shoot that she did for Vogue (the last professional pics taken of her). The best part about their press release was when it stated, "they're among more than 100 Monroe images being offered for sale at Christie's. The sale continues Wednesday." They're making it sound like it's Black Friday all over again.
