Mary Carey was bragging about being 37 days sober and then decided to celebrate with a glass of wine. She didn't go on a bender to my knowledge, but she was caught downing a glass of wine until a restaurant server at Johnny Utahs cut her off because they recognized her from Celebrity Rehab.

I wouldn't say that TV rehab is the best route for sobriety, but it sure holds those who went through the program accountable to the (Vh1) world. Tisk tisk Mary, you're lucky you have people looking out for you...so stop skateboarding on that wagon.
