I've been gone all day on a set visit for It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia so I'm a little late with this, but in case you haven't read yet...Michael Phelps will ALSO be at the VMAs. GEEZ, you win some gold medals and now you're the new pop culture icon! ;-)

All joking aside, Michael Phelps will be at the VMAs presenting along with Miley Cyrus, Lindsay Lohan, Scarlett Johansson, Ciara, Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. DJ AM and Travis Barker will be mixing live drum beats and scratched records for music during the show and collaborating with Katy Perry, T-Pain, Lupe Fiasco, and The Ting Tings. Some other acts that are scheduled to appear are: Rihanna, Pink, T.I., Kid Rock Paramore, Lil' Wayne and the Jonas Brothers. It's going to be one big ego-fest as it always is...but fun to watch. And my hopes are: less Miley and Jonas Bros. and more real music.
