Guess who's mentoring Rock week for Idol next week? Slash! ha. Adam and Allison will knock this one out of the park...while I think Danny and Kris may struggle a little more.

it'll be interesting to see Slash "mentor" the kids. Number one rule to tell the contestants from Slash: Hugs Not Drugs.

it is very Axl-esque. I was trying to figure out where it was from. His scream reminds me of Mark Wahlberg's character Izzy from "Rock Star"

Either way it will be interesting to watch...kinda like a car wreck!

Do you think Danny Gokey will sing "Welcome to the Jungle"? That might induce me to watch American Idol, something I have avoided doing since the 1st or 2nd season.

I'd rather see the mentor be Axl, but I think this could be awesome. I hope so. Maybe next year they can get Eddie Vedder or that guy from Green Day.
