MTV's The Real World really does make dreams come true. Kevin Powell from the first season of The Real World is running for congress in Brooklyn, NY's 10th district. Kevin said, "A lot of folks know me from 'The Real World,' but this is something I'm very passionate about...My life's calling is public service. Civic engagement should be a part of our values as much as MTV and Xbox."
I'm sure he's happy that The Real World is in Brooklyn this next season...free press. Timing is everything.
