Actually, they never said Jin died. It was only assumed that he did because the ship blew up with him on it. But he was on the deck and I've got the feeling that he's not dead.

So, maybe the poster is a tease??? i figured he had died, but i didn't think that it was the end of his story yet..i knew he'd be back, but didn't know to what capacity. thanks buck!

Yeah, I'm guessing the poster is a tease. You know how these Lost guys like to throw people off and give us plenty of curveballs. Of course, I don't know for sure, but it's just my theory.

I figured Jin would've left the show since it seems every actor that gets DUI'd driving the fine coasts of Hawaii gets turfed from the show, (Michelle Rodriguez, whatshername from Dre Carrey as examples).

I don't see Reiko Aylesworth who has joined the show on the poster either. Booooo.

My feeling is that Jin is gone due to legal troubles in Hawaii (DUI). The show has written out other chracters like Mr.Ecko (driving with out a license), Ana Lucia Cortez (DUI) and Elizabeth "Libby" (DUI). The cast seems disapear off the show quick if they get popped by 50!

I hope Jin's not dead. Otherwise I'll have no material for what my mother used to refer to as my "special alone time".
