The Los Angeles County prosecutors have caught and charged Shawn Johnson's stalker Robert O'Ryan for trying to jump the security fence at the DWTS studio. After he was caught, the cops searched his car and found a loaded shotgun and a hand gun. Thankfully they caught him and he's being held in lieu of bail...and could face up to four years in prison if he's convicted.

Poor little Shawn, thank God she's safe!!!
