Guess what Terri Seymour got from Simon Cowell as a break-up gift? A whooping $9 million!!!!! Is that not insane? They weren't even married!!!
He gave her $5 million cash to do as she pleases and another $4.6 million to buy the Beverly Hills home she wanted before their break-up. Seems like dating Simon Cowell is not such a bad business to be in.

holy sh*t, you're right!!! I didn't even think about it that way!!! she totally has something on him. No one pays people off like that after 5 or 6 years...it's not common law. Wow.
