Usually it's the guy denying that he got broken up with, but not in Simon Cowell's case. Simon was on Extra last night and said two things about his breakup, 1) that he never paid Terri Seymour a $9 million settlement to end the affair and 2) that Terri broke up with him over text message.
Okay, the fact that he said she dumped him over text message, what are we in high school?? You would think after six years and being over the age of 30 that people don't dump each other over text message. I call B.S. on Simon's part. He did say that there was no $9 million "settlement", but perhaps it wasn't called a settlement??? Maybe he just gave her a "gift"? Rumors don't just start out of thin air.

Oh - I may have a bit of (unsubstantiated) backstory on the whole $9 mill payout that everybody seemed to surmise was hush money.
Apparently Terri S was poised to sell her "story" to the Daily Mail in London but then that story (or interview) was pulled and thereafter the $9 mill payout news broke.
Bottom line -- Cowell came out looking like a prince instead of a creep.
Oh, and who breaks their silence to talk exclusively to Extra -- the lamest entertainment show?!
Dude -- sell your story to either Baba Walters or your mate Seacrest on E!
Or is Extra on the same Network as Am Idol?? *sigh*

Summer Heights is such a fantastic show!!! But, "Kelly" did her thing a few years ago before Summer Heights. Kelly is a character this comic named Liam Sullivan plays. Text Message break up isn't as funny as his "shoes" song. I can't post urls on the comment section, but just google, Kelly - shoes and it's the first thing that shows up...it's really funny (if you're in a goofy mood).
Liam opens for Margaret Cho on the road, but he only goes on as "kelly". It's pretty bizarre, but funny.
Also, nuts about Cowell! Did he or didn't he pay it then???
