TMZ is reporting that Miss California USA is settling and paying out Carrie Prejean's team of lawyers and publicists $100,000 over her legal battle. Carrie isn't making a dime off the settlement...but what she does walk away with--any money made off her book.
She got what she wanted--attention, scandal, and money. I'm sure she'll pop up on some sort of reality, or talk show soon.
Carrie makes Elisabeth Hasselbeck seem liberal--doesn't she?

She settled because they had some sex tapes of her, the implication being that they threatened to go public with them. Boy, talk about being without sin before you cast the first stone.
