Neil Diamond will serve as this week's American Idol mentor for the five remaining contestants. All the Idols will sing Neil Diamond songs on April 29th (tomorrow) and then on the 30th, Neil will perform live on the Idol stage. This is all in support of his new album coming out, Home Before Dark that's being released May 6th. And if you're a die hard Neil fan, he's going on tour this summer!

Every time I hear the name Neil Diamond, I think of the movie "Saving Silverman."
