TLC is suing Jon Gosselin for breach of contract. They're saying that he's "in violation of his contractual exclusivity...entered a lucrative arrangement (with Entertainment Tonight)...The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements...Those efforts have been unsuccessful."

Well, when your only job is to whore yourself out, I guess you'll take it where you can get it. Hopefully, he'll be able to get off clean by calling his appearances "PR"...but I doubt it.
