Update: Heath Ledger

heathledger.jpg

Heath Ledger's autopsy is inconclusive thus far. However, they have ruled out pneumonia since his lungs would have been filled with fluid rather than air. WCBS 2 in NYC reported that cops found drug packets along with a $20 Bill rolled up with powdered residue on it. The cops also found Valium, Xanax, Ambien, and some other European prescribed drugs in his apartment. His autopsy could take anywhere from 10 days to two weeks to obtain test results. However, the death is said to be accidental and not suicide. Matilda and Michelle are on their way back from Stockholm to New York. I can't even imagine what they're going through right now, it's so tragic.

Update: as not even the news and AP can get their stories straight:

The Associated Press now reports:

"A rolled-up $20 bill was found near Heath Ledger's body, though no illegal drugs were found in his apartment, police said Wednesday.

The bill would be taken to a lab for testing, though no visible drug residue was found on it, police said."

New Update:

The $20 bill found tested clean for illegal narcotics, and the pill bottles (now reported: Xanax, Valium, Ativan, Lunesta, and Restoril) were nearly full. So, there it is. No drugs at the house, and just meds. Poor Heath.
