Andre Birleanu, the hot-headed model from Vh1's America's Most Smartest Model just got busted for groping a 19-year-old actress at a fashion party.
Andre allegedly grabbed the actress's boob and her hoo-ha. And guess what Gasmii? It's not his first time! he's been in jail over 6 times in the last 7 years for harassment, assault, and the list goes on.
