The pop star named Kelis wasted a good scene when she stopped traffic in Miami Friday morning, allegedly going nuts on a couple of female cops posing as street hookers. Police say she screamed racial slurs, rushed toward the undercover officers, and raised such a ruckus that she was arrested fordisorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
And all she got out of it was this very cute mugshot.
Kelis should have saved it, because days after the bust, she's been rewarded with her own reality show. MTV has announced that she and her husband, the rapper named Nas, will costar in a reality series, Mr. & Mrs. Nas.
Will this be a being Bobby Brown lite? Will we find out if Mrs. Nas freaked because Mr. Nas likes to get his freak on with prostitutes?
Not likely, according to MTV. In a bizarre twist for the former music channel, they plan to focus more on Nas and Kelis' musical careers rather than their marriage. They'll follow the couple on tour.
Or maybe Kelis was mad because she's best known for a song called "Milkshake," which apparently sn't about milkshakes at all, we understand, but an ode to the act that American Idol's Antonella Barba was allegedly performing in those sex photos that were later deemed to feature a lookalike with cheap acrylic nails.

I doubt if Kelis just went off on some undercover cops dressed up a prostitutes for no reason. Out of everything I read about the situation nothing told why she went off or what those prostitutes did to her 1st. Kelis is not crazy. I am her biggest fan.
