Palin showed up on SNL last night. They didn't give her much to do, but she proved that she can smile and be likable even while being smacked around on national TV. At one point, she asked Lorne Michaels why they couldn't do the sketch she wrote. LOL. PLEASE. DO THE SKETCH SHE WROTE! Ok, maybe it's a stretch to think that she actually sat down and laid a sketch down on paper, but it's a fun thought. I'd like to think it would involve a Cindy McCain ice stare and blonde wig.
Alas, there were no Cindy roasts. She did manage, however, to squeeze in a "You betcha!" Check out the sketches after the jump!
What did you guys think?

Loved the whole show...Josh Brolin was awesome. Adele was fantastic. Mark Walberg was a great addition. It was great for them to have Palin on the show and show that she can poke a bit of fun at herself. But Amy Poehler and the Weekend Update rap stole the show for me.

yeah, i loved it. I called one of my friends to ask if she loved the rap...and she just grunted and said she refuses to watch it because it's going to make America like Palin more...and you know she was right. I like Sarah Palin more now. haha.
The rap was great, and the show was great. I could have done without Jean K. Jon, but whatever.

The rap was fantastic...but I was already a Sarah fan.
Loved it!

forgot to note my favorite moment: when Palin told Alec Baldwin, "Thank you, and I must say, your brother Stephen is my favorite Baldwin brother."

I like Palin more as a person because of her appearance, but there is still no way in hell i'm going to vote for her!

Palin is still a pathetic piece of garbage with an abysmally empty head.

I thought she was great. Very likable. Too bad her politics suck monkey balls.
