Hey, remember John P -- or JP -- from Survivor: Vanuatu (Islands of Fire)? Ever wonder what he's been up to since his season wrapped up? Well, aside from a two second stint on The Surreal Life, we haven't seen much of JP. However, we caught him today on TV working his new job. Details after the jump...
Now he's a Best Buy employee! (Or at least, he plays one on TV)
Ever the solid gold champ, JP gave Dr. Phil a Wii.
And then Dr. Phil played it with his son (who in turn developed a sweat patch on his chest).
And then Dr. Phil gave everyone in his audience Wiis -- including these women who clearly still have no idea what "Nintendo" is.
And then JP smiled with accomplishment, relishing this sterling moment when he was more than just a starving actor. He was... a miracle maker (with an idiotic soul patch.)
Back to the auditions tomorrow, JP!

I know I watched Vanuatu but damn if I can even remember this guy. Meh, probably for the best anyway.

i remember JP. he was on the season where the tribes were divided by gender and all the old guys decided to band together against the young studs instead of getting rid of the clumsy oaf (silver-tongued road construction worker chris--who ended up winning the game). JP was either 2nd or 3rd to go; he never had a chance.
that was also the season with probst's uber-babe julie and aimee, the toughest lipstick lesbian/former playboy playmate in tv history. wonder what they're up to these days.
