It was a busy night for The Tonight Show. Homer Simpson filled in for Jay Leno on the monologue, demonstrating to NBC suits that it might not be so hard to replaced the long-jawed one, after all, and leaving Jay free to bash Lindsay Lohan, who missed her appearance for obvious reasons, and allowing her replacement Rob Schneider to perform another dress up skit that for once didn't involve Asians.
