TV Patrol: Tuesday's Terrific!

Charlie-Brown-Valentine7
Good Grief!!!!

Oh, poor old Charlie Brown. His love for the little red-haired girl overflows tonight at 8pm, on ABC. My heart breaks for him when he goes to the mailbox & it's always empty while everyone around him is overwhelmed with valentines. Does this show have a happy ending? I don't remember, but I'll watch & relate to good old Charlie Brown. Won't you? Let's see what else is on after the jump............

MTV is working overtime on their new programming. Tonight at 9pm, it's T.I.'s Road to Redemption: '45' Days to Go. This new reality show follows rapper T.I. (Clifford Harris Jr.) in his attempt to complete 1000 hrs. of community service. This is a result of an undercover sting operation where the famed rapper was busted & charged with felony weapons charges. The rapper will focus specifically on 7 troubled kids in an attempt to help them with their own issues. MTV has turned this probationary act into a TV series to help open the eyes of other teens, stating "there is a lesson to be learned here." T.I. may still face up to 30 years in prison.

"Do as I say.... not as I do."

From G's to Gents follows T.I. at 10pm. In the season #2 opener, Fozworth Bentley gets his first impressions of this new batch of "Bad Boys" & just what he needs to do to turn these idiots into respectable men. These dudes have got nothing on the term "bad". The girl shows have them looking like a pack of sissypants.

Speaking of BAD, there's The Bad Girls Club at 10pm on OXYGEN tonight. 'New' girl, Ashley decides after they return from Vegas, that she hates the Ambers & joins the pack of other girls. Let the slapfest begin! The skanks take a break from fighting to go out partying. Sarah & Noah heat things up in an unusually skanky way. These girls don't disappoint. They get thrown out of another club after a huge fight. Don't ya love 'em? Make sure to check out Cherie's recap later in the week. I hear the Bad Girls themselves are fans of hers.

"I swear... I didn't piss the bed!"

ABC has two episodes of Scrubs at 9 & 9:30pm. I'm not sure what's on after Scrubs though. It seems that one site says that Primetime: "What Would You Do?" is on at 10pm, BUT my dvr guide is saying that True Beauty is on at that time. You are just going to have to check this one out on your own.

CBS has new episodes of all their top-rated shows. NCIS at 8pm, The Mentalist at 9pm & Without a Trace at 10pm. These shows have been having a hard time in the ratings against American Idol which airs at 8pm on FOX.

Speaking of American Idol, it's into it's 3rd round of Hollywood eliminations, working it's way down to the "Top 36". I watch these auditioners & wonder how they got to Hollywood to begin with & that new judge is just awful! She's just not fitting in with the gang, but that's my opinion. The Fringe follows at 9pm.

NBC has The Biggest Loser: Couples at 8pm. The contestants get abused, one get to spend 24 hrs with a loved one & one doesn't lose enough weight & is booted out. At 10pm, it's Dateline NBC. Ann Curry has an interview with Nadya Suleman, the woman who gave birth to 8 babies all on the same day, January 26th. This event hit the headlines, not only for the large multiple birth, but because this woman already has 6 kids & can't afford to raise these new babies. The fertility doctor has been put under investigation for performing the embryo implants. Nadya's mom has publically stated that her daughter sucks as a mother & the last thing she needs is more kids.

I can't even imagine it! Puppies are bad enough & you can give them away.

The CW has a new 90210 at 8pm & a new Privileged at 9pm. Sorry, I have no comments on either of these shows because I've never seen them.

The 133rd Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show is on tonight, live from Madison Square Garden, starting at 8pm on USA. With three exceptions, this show has always opened on the second Monday of February at "The Garden" since 1921. This is the most prestigious of dog shows. The show traditionally features more than 2,600 dogs representing more than 165 recognized breeds. Tonight is the finale with the crowning of the "Best in Show".

Love Love Love!

Clair:

Great article Chooch. And here I thought the only thing worth watching on Tuesdays was Biggest Loser.
