I have found another show to add to my "Favorites" list. "Private Practice" on Wednesday nights at 10pm on ABC. I don't know why I never watched it. I thought it was just another lawyer show. It's not EVEN a lawyer show. It's a doctor show, like in doctor's office type, not hospital type, but there is a hospital too. There's all these doctors in the same office & they all have their own specialty. From the looks of it, they all sleep together or have slept together or are going to sleep together while helping babies with big heads, moms who can't sleep because their kid's a psychopath & firechief dudes who wear purple bras & silk panties to fires. This is just what I need to replace "ER".
TV Patrol's New "Halloween Ghoul Guide" starts today. More after the jump..........
May I suggest a new cast member?
ABC:
"Ugly Betty" at 8pm. (new) Every Thursday on ABC's website, they broadcast an episode of "Mode After Hours" with Mark & Amanda. They run between 3 to 5 minutes long and are better than the show itself. There's a new one every week.
"Grey's Anatomy" at 9pm. (new)
"Life on Mars" at 10pm. (new)
CBS:
"Survivor: Gabon" at 8pm. Sugar gives the immunity idol to Ace for safe keeping. Hints of disaster. I'm still rooting for Kenny. I'm playing "Fantasy Survivor" for the "Gasm's team. I'm afraid they're gonna kick me off. I suck big time.
"CSI" at 9pm. (new) I'm still waiting on Grissom to quit, but it's not this week.
"Eleventh Hour" at 10pm. (new) It's on my dvr, I just can't muster up the interest to watch it. Anyone think it's good enought to watch?
NBC:
"My Name is Earl" at 8pm. (new) I sure hope this episode isn't about Joy. I hate that bitch & her annoying gum chonking.
"Kath & Kim" at 8:30pm. (new) Please send this to "Hello Larry" Heaven.
"The Office" at 9pm. (new)
"Saturday Night Weekend Update Thursday" at 9:30pm. (new)
"ER" at 10pm. (new) Who stars on this show?
CW:
"Smallville" at 8pm. (new)
"Supernatural" at 9pm. (new)
FOX has Game #2 of the World Series at 8pm. Philadelphia playing at Tampa Bay.
BRAVO: "Tim Gunn's Guide to Style" at 10pm. (new)
Comedy Central: "Sarah Silverman Program" at 10:30pm. (new)
FX: "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" at 10pm. (new) "Testees" at 10:30pm. (new)
TLC: "American Chopper" at 9pm. (new) "LA Ink" at 10pm. (new)
MTV is airing 2 repeat episodes of "True Life" at 8 & 9pm and a new "True Life" at 10pm.
This is the beginning of HALLOWEEN WEEK. I will try to keep a running "Ghoul Guide" of TV movies and specials. AMC, SciFi & TCM will be airing some of the worst & the best in HORROR. This is just for Thursday:
SciFi:
"Rest Stop" at 4:30pm.
"SAW" at 6:30pm.
"SAW II" at 9pm.
"Needful Things" at 11pm.
ShowTime: "SAW III" at 8:10pm.
IFC: "A Nightmare on Elm Street" at 9pm. "A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors" at 10:30pm.
TCM: "2001: A Space Odyssey" at 8pm.
CHILL: "Stephen King's The Stand" at 9pm.
TMC: "Shriek if You Know What I Did Last Friday the 13th" at 8:30pm.
.......and for those of you looking for something totally horrifying:
Disney: "High School Musical II" at 8pm.
I wish I had Elvira's boobs!
love

You probably never watched Private Practice because it is a spinoff of your favorite show Greys Anatomy. You know, the show you make fun of me for watching lol.

Any plans to recap Stylista? It is a show that begs for a snarky recap. PLEASE.

Delete Eleventh Hour immediately, or you'll be lamenting about the hour of your life you can't get back.
Yuck.

I like Private Practice, too! Much more intimate and mellow than Grey's.
