Alec Baldwin - 30 Rock
Steve Carell - The Office
Kevin Connolly - Entourage
David Duchovny - Californication
Tony Shalhoub - Monk
Alec Baldwin is riding on Tina Fey's coattails and this will be a win for him. No Charlie Sheen or Jon Cryer on the list. Not even Sheldon. CBS has really been snubbed all the way around. I guess they don't care. They're making tons of money. Besides, they still have the Emmy's in the fall.
Best Actress Comedy:
Christina Applegate - Samantha Who?
America Ferrera - Ugly Betty
Tina Fey - 30 Rock
Debra Messing - The Starter Wife
Mary-Louise Parker - Weeds
This is another big Tina Fey win. She just can't lose. I can say, without doubt, that Debra Messing will look riddiculous & everybody will put her on the 'best dressed' list again. I don't get it. I think she's a nightmare. Her gowns look like they were designed by Suede. Thhe only one who may look worse than her would be America. She takes her role as Ugly Betty seriously. Christina will win the 'best dressed' in this group of hens.
There ya have it. The nominees for tonight's show & who I think, or hope, will win. I'm in it for the whole run & I can't wait!!
I don't know what else is on tonight, but I will check it out for those of you who won't be watching the Golden Globes & post it later today.
