My Friday night TV schedule:

CBS:
"Ghost Whisperer" at 8pm. (season premiere) My brother loves this show, but it's always reminded me of "Touched by an Angel" in it's nicey-nice endings.
"The Ex-List" at 9pm. (new show & season premiere) The 'info' header on my dvr says: "A woman looks for "Mr. Right". I'm gonna watch because I thought the commercial for it was cute.
"NUMB3RS" at 10pm. (season premiere) I've only watched this show once because Wil Wheaton said on his blog that he was in the episode. He was awesome, by the way!

ABC:
"Wife Swap" at 8pm. (season premiere & new time) I was surprised this was still on. The last time I watched the woman was vacuumming frantically. She made me want a 'Eureka'. This might be a fun show tonight. It swaps a dare-devil with a paranoid safety freak.
"Supernanny" at 9pm. (season premiere & new time)
"20/20" at 10pm is all about our two presidential candidates family lives....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

NBC:
"America's Toughest Jobs" at 8pm. I'd rather watch Mike Rowe get dirty on "Dirty Jobs".
"Deal or No Deal" is on at a special time and special night, 9pm. I think someone finally wins a million bucks, but don't take my word for it.
"Life" at 10pm. I still have the season premiere from last week on my dvr. I haven't watched it yet.....hmmmmmmm, at least I haven't deleted it.

FOX has new episodes of "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader" & "Don't Forget the Lyrics" at 8 & 9pm. I watch "Lyrics" just for Wayne Brady!

SciFi:
"Sanctuary" at 9m. (season premiere & new show) It sounds like a clone of the BBC's "Primevel". I had to go look it up and got this: "Dr. Helen Magnus & Will Zimmerman track, study & protect the strange & often terrifying creatures that secretly populate our world." It's 2 episodes in one, so it runs 2hrs. I just might watch this one.

MTV:
"Sex with Mom & Dad" at 8 & 8:30pm. Now I've watched this show. It was on the other night at 7:30pm. Dr. Drew is the mentor on this show and he had this guy (who's a real whore-dog & lives with mommy) take his mom to all the places he's banged his one-nighters. She is all upset that he did it in the backseat of her car where his little brother sits. He says: "He's in a carseat." Mom: "He's 11!" Mom has to tell him something about her sex life and she admits she never had an orgasm till she was 32. He was under the assumption that all his GF's got off with him. The dude then has to call all his old girlfriends (the ones he can remember their names) and invite them to dinner, so they can tell him what they think of him. Only two bothered to show up and they said he sucked at sex. The guy acts all bummed out about being a pig. I bet he's still a pig, but just not bringing them home anymore. In previews for the next show, a young girl goes shopping for rubbers with her dad. Sounds like a prelude to a Chris Hanson show.

That's alot of crap to watch on a Friday night. I'll probably still watch "The Dog Whisperer".
