21.8 Million tuned in to watch.

Even though this game won't be officially on the list till next week, Monday Night Football on ESPN broke all the cable network ratings. The Minnesota Vikings, with their new QB, Brett Farve, took on his old team, the Green Bay Packers & he led his team to a 30-23 win, leaving them with a 4-0 undeated season so far. It garnered 21.8 million viewers, the biggest audience & cables hightest ratings ever. It broke ESPN's previous high of 14 million, 30 years ago for a Bears vs Vikings game in 1984. Check out the rest of the ratings after the jump......

"I'm walking on sunshine!"

It's obvious that CBS is back on top this week. It holds 12 of the 20 spots. NCIS: LA & The Good Wife are the only new shows to make the list. FOX's House is their token show & NBC has it's Sunday Night Football. The rest belong to ABC.

Here are Mr. Nielson's ratings for the week of Sept. 28-Oct. 4th:

1. NCIS CBS 21.4 mil
2. Sunday Night Football NBC 18.4 mil

The cable networks are still dominated by children's programming. The cable dramas that have been scheduled to compete in the 10pm time slot are struggling. Sons Of Anarchy is the only one to make the "Top Twenty-five", coming in at #14 with 3.7 million viewers. Football on ESPN is still #1, but 2nd place belongs to Disney's Suite Life on Deck.

The kids are watching this now.

That's it for this week.

Go Vikes! and Twins! and Gophers (its homecoming week!)!

Brett Favre (yes he spells it this way) is the only NFL player ever to win against every single team in the league.

Minnesota sports are kicking ass!
