It smells like a fake bake out here.

WARNING!! If any of you are recording "Amazing Race" tonight, remember there is football on this afternoon and the primetime shows will, most likely, be running a little late.

Sunday, IMO, is the best night for television. There is something for everybody. I really have to do some major planning to get it all on my dvr. I can't remember what life was like before we had such an amazing machine. There are some new shows premiering tonight, so lets get these shows on the road.

CW network is offering up three new shows tonight:

"In Harm's Way" at 7pm. (premiere new show) New reality show about tough professions. Tonight we'll get to see what it's really like to be a bullrider. Sounds like alot of bullshitting to me.
"Valentine" at 8pm. (premiere new show) This is a comedy about bringing soulmates together. Aphrodite, Eros & Hercules find you a date from the 6 billion people on earth. See, there is hope for you Flipit.
"Easy Money" at 10pm. (premiere new show) Jackie from "Roseanne" is the star of this show. I'm glad to see she's finally got work. This isn't a comedy, so don't expect Roseanne to show up.

ABC:
"America's Funniest Home Videos" at 7pm. (season premiere) Tom Bergeran goes back on double time hosting two shows now.
"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition at 8pm (new episode) Kleenex!
"Desparate Housewives" at 9pm (new episode) Nap time.
"Brother & Sisters" at 10pm (new episode) I'm glad there are better shows on at this time.

NBC has football & "no" I'm not telling you who's playing. ESPN, remember?

CBS:
"Amazing Race" at 8pm. "We girls from North Carolina might be a little slow, but we're not stupid!" hahahaha! Love those Blondes. I can't wait for the big fight at the airport. I'm rooting for the geeks, or is it the nerds? I get those two confused. The old guys, not the video game dudes. Or is it the other way around. I just don't want the football player & his old lady to win. I'm hoping they get lost.
"Cold Case" at 9pm. (new episode)
"The Unit" at 10pm. (new episode)

MTV:
"Sex with Mom & Dad at 8 & 8:30pm. Dr. Drew makes kids confess to their parents that they 'did use all the conditioner pulling their pud in the shower' and Dad & Mom tell the kids that they do it too.
"Paris Hilton's 'My New BFF" at 10pm. I can't believe this is really a show. I haven't watched it yet so I'll reserve my comments till I do. Can't she just buy a new best friend?

FOX has all new episodes of their famous cartoon line-up.

Now let's discuss the best part of Sunday night!

THE SUNDAY NIGHT TRIFECTA!

ShowTime has "Dexter" on at 9pm.
AMC has "Mad Men" on at 10pm.
HBO has "True Blood" on at 10pm.

These three shows are the best of the best this season.

"Dexter" is the most fasinating character to grace our TV's in a long time. Last season was a rollercoaster of twists & turns which left me literally on the edge of my seat. I can only hope that the intensity continues. Is it wrong to lust after a serial killer? I don't care, I loved watching Michael C. Hall as David on "Six Feet Under" when he had hot sex with his boyfriends.

For some reason, I don't know why I'm drawn to "Mad Men". I started watching when everyone was talking about it. I wanted to be cool & join in their conversations. I thought it was soooo boring, but I continued to watch & now I can't stop! I need to know if Don will ever be allowed to whore around again. The smoking, the drinking, the hanky-panky, it's mezmerizing.

"True Blood" has to be the best of the three! It's a new show and "WOW"!!! Hot vampire porn! You can buy 6-packs of blood at the convienance store. Vampires are out in the open & have their own organization, just like the women's rights movement. The characters are intense and you just don't know what's coming next. This is not "Dark Shadows" that's for sure.
