I did my duty. I watched the debates last night & surfed the net at the same time. I found one site that has these adorable Halloween costumes for your dog. I also saw this awesome video of a man actually catching a bear taking a dump in the woods (but it didn't use Charmin!). I googled 'six degrees of Kevin Bacon' and there are over 278,000 sites about this game. Can anyone play it with Obama or McCain? Let me know if you can, after the jump......
"Parking Wars" on A&E premiered last night. I am just so happy I don't live in Philadelphia. Those are some mean-ass people working for that fair city. This one dude spent over 8hrs. & $1300 to get his car out of the lot, but he was still smiling cuz he was the first in his family to ever be on TV. Another one was driving without a license with her BBF's car & it got towed away. The meltdowns were awesome, but the best was the girl f'ing this & f'ing that and her dad steps in and says: "You're on national TV, they're gonna hafta bleep that!"
Project Runway's finale was the biggest snoozefest ever! Not an ounce of drama. Kenley even behaved, for Kenley that is. The best part of the show was Tim Gunn sitting in for J-Ho. Did you know there is a petition going around to put Tim on the cover of People magazine's "Sexiest Man of the Year" issue? The Season Premiere of "Tim Gunn's Guide To Style" airs tonight at 10pm. on BRAVO. Check out the 'Gasm's newest contest to win a "Tim Gunn Bobblehead". Details are here, in the Newsgasm column. "Check it Out!"
Thursday nights tend to be very busy for TV watching. Let's get started:
CBS:
"Survivor: Gabon" at 8pm. I think someone's gonna try and quit cuz they're hungry & want their mommy.
"CSI" at 9pm. (new episode) I wonder when Larry Fishburne takes over for Grissom. Just think, he used to be 'Cowboy Curtis'.
"Eleventh Hour" at 10pm. (new episode)
NBC:
"My Name is Earl" at 8pm. (new episode)
"Kath & Kim" at 8:30pm. (new episode) Good thing they sandwiched this between two winning shows, cuz this is a real stinker.
"The Office" at 9pm. (new episode)
"Saturday Night Live Weekend Update Thursday" at 9:30pm. I missed this show last week & everyone said it was great. I watched in on NBC's site, and they were right.
"ER" at 10pm. (new episode) Abby leaves the show this week. By the time Dr. Carter shows up, he'll be the only actor on the show.
ABC:
"Ugly Betty" at 8pm. (new episode) Gio comes back.
"Grey's Anatomy" at 9pm. (new episode) Maybe the doctors from ER will be filling out applications here.
"Life on Mars" at 10pm. (new episode) I think it's on the dorky side.
FOX:
"Hole in the Wall" at 8pm. (new episode) Don't bother. It will insult your intelligence.
"Kitchen Nightmares" at 9pm. (REPEAT)
CW:
"Smallville" at 8pm. (new episode)
"Supernatural" at 9pm. (new episode)
HBO:
The last 3 episodes of "True Blood", starting at 8pm. for those of you who want to check out what you're missing. Be warned, it gets a little graphic.
Comedy Central:
A new episode of "The Sarah Silverman Show" at 10pm. Aren't you glad her & Jimmy Kimmel got back together. I don't know anyone else that could stand fucking those two, (wait for it)... except Matt Damon! hahahaha!
FX:
New episodes of "It's Always Sunny in Philaphephia" (not if you get a parking ticket) at 10pm. followed by the new show "Testees" at 10:30pm. Is this a show about balls?
MTV:
New episode of "Ranked" at 10pm.
TLC:
"American Chopper" at 9pm. (new episode) I'd do Paul Sr. anywhere, anytime.
"LA Ink" at 10pm. (new episode)
Last but not least:
VHI has a new episode of "Glam God with Vivica A. Fox" at 10pm. I caught this show one night and it really kept me entertained, but don't forget, I watch "Opportunity Knocks" too.
That's it for tonight. I suggest you watch "Saturday Night Live Weekend Update Thursday" at 9:30pm on NBC. During this constant feed of politics, it's just what we need.
love
